As an Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading and inspiring our dynamic engineering team in Indonesia. You'll play a critical role in steering the technical direction of our projects and driving the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Responsibilities Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements. Set clear goals for the engineering team, aligning them with company objectives, and track progress towards achieving them. Provide technical expertise and direction in the development of software solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality coding standards. Oversee the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Facilitate effective communication within the engineering team and across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and transparency. Identify and mitigate technical challenges and risks, making informed decisions to ensure project success. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending advancements to maintain our competitive edge. Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation within the engineering team. Requirements MS/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields with strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
